We at the DVC would like to thank former Ambassador Michael McFaul and all the supporters who turned out to see him at the DVC benefit yesterday. Hundreds of people, including Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, turned out to hear Ambassador McFaul, who had planned to talk about his new book. But, he said, he’s so fired up about what’s underway, he talked about democracy instead. He made us think, and laugh, and left us more determined than ever to course correct the path of American democracy.
