Sue and Melissa Dinwiddie are hosting Virtual Letter Writing Parties every Saturday at 2:00pm to get out the vote while complying with shelter-in-place orders. They’ll support you with camaraderie, procedures, ideas of sentences to write, and answers to your questions. You can be social while social distancing!
If you have a printer, follow the instructions here to sign up with Vote Forward before the party (they’ll supply letters for you to print).

Can’t get out of the house? If you don’t have a printer and can’t pick up letter, contact these dedicated volunteers to have letters delivered to you:
If none of these can be arranged, Sue can mail you a packet. You will need to send $2.00 via PayPal (friends and family method) to firstname.lastname@example.org, to cover the cost. Send your name and address to email@example.com, with “Virtual Letters” in the subject line. You may want to wait three days before you open the packet, just to be safe.
Once you have your letters:
- Gather supplies: pen with blue ink, twenty #10 business envelopes, correction fluid, twenty stamps.
- Log onto Zoom at the time of our call and join in the camaraderie while you write your letters.
