SUMMARY:Lunch and a conversation with Ladoris Cordell
DESCRIPTION:Join the Democratic 21st Century Club to hear from LaDoris Cordell\, former judge on the Santa Clara County Superior Court\, who will discuss the future of democracy and the importance of activism. After retiring from the court\, Judge Cordell worked as a vice provost and special counselor for campus relations at Stanford University\, served for four years on the Palo Alto City Council\, and served a five-year term as the independent police auditor for the city of San Jose.  \n\n\n\nLunch is at noon\, and the program begins at 12:30pm. Please register by October 9. Tickets are $30 for members and $35 for non-members.
