We’re heading to Delano in the Central Valley to canvass for Democratic candidate Randy Villegas. This district is in the top seven nationwide seats that are flippable. You can help make this happen! \n\n\n\nYou can register for Friday\, Saturday\, and/or Sunday canvassing and stay overnight on Friday and/or Saturday night. For those traveling from out of district\, there are $100/day stipends available. In the week before the canvass\, you will receive an email and a phone call from the SCCDP/BAC volunteer canvass team with all the details about your canvass\, including location specifics and help with carpools.

DESCRIPTION:Celebrate No Kings Day by working to FLIP THE HOUSE! Join lots of fired-up volunteers on a bus to the Central Valley. We’ll be knocking on doors for Adam Gray in Congressional District 13 (CA-13). Adam won by just 187 votes in 2024\, and we’re working hard to protect his seat. This race could be won or lost by a few hundred votes\, so every knock counts! \n\n\n\nWe’ll provide lunch (and early morning coffee too)\, and we’ll provide full training that morning. Here’s the schedule: \n\n\n\n\n8:00am: Depart from the Democratic Volunteer Center in Mountain View.\n\n\n\nRoughly 10:30am-4:00pm: Knock on doors\, with a break for lunch.\n\n\n\n6:30pm at latest: Return to Mountain View.\n\n\n\n\nThis bus is organized by a group of Bay Area organizations\, including Swing Left Peninsula.
