SUMMARY:Protecting immigrant families with Rapid Response Network
DESCRIPTION:Our immigrant communities and families are under threat from the Trump administration. What can we do? Join the Democratic Volunteer Center to learn about the Rapid Response Network (RRN) in Santa Clara County. It’s a community defense project developed to protect immigrant families from deportation threats and to provide accompaniment and support during and after a community member’s arrest or detention. Mariana Haro\, RRN Manager\, Amigos de Guadalupe Center for Justice and Empowerment\, will introduce and describe the RRN\, answer questions about the project and how you can help\, and inform us about opportunities for a full training.
