Flip the West (using texting app Spoke) is a grassroots organization focused on electing a Democratic majority to the U.S. Senate. For the 2020 election they are focusing on Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Montana and Iowa (with possible extensions into Texas and Kansas). The candidates they support are listed on their website here.

Get Started with Flip the West and Spoke
- Visit Flip the West’s online calendar here.
- To find textbanking events, click on More Filters. In the Type drop-down box, select “text banks”, then click the Apply Filters button.
- Sign up for an available event by clicking on its See details button.
- Once you have registered for an event, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the Zoom meeting for the event.
- Create a Spoke account for Flip the West using this link.
- Before your event begins, sign in to your Spoke account using this link.
- A training session will be conducted at the start of each event to introduce new texters to Spoke.
- Text away!
