DESCRIPTION:On the 4th. anniversary of the death of Congressman John Lewis\, people will come together across the country to commemorate his life work to secure voting rights for all Americans. LaDoris Cordell\, retired Santa Clara County Superior Court judge\, will speak in Palo Alto.  \n\n\n\nWith the growing attack on democracy\, the event will highlight the urgency of this moment in our history and the need to educate and activate our communities to work towards the passage of the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act\, the Freedom to Vote Act\, and the Native American Voting Rights Act.
