Our event calendar contains a great array of events and volunteer opportunities, many of which can be done remotely. We provide phone bank training over Zoom, as well as in person when our seasonal office is open.

Finding in-person volunteer opportunities in other areas

If you’re not in the Bay Area and want to do canvassing, make calls or write letters alongside other volunteers, or provide office or event support, there are several ways to find local organizations you can help:

Google your county party

Google Democrats along with the name of your county, including the word “county”, to find the website for your local party. For example:

Visit your state party website

Here are links to all of the state Democratic Party websites. These websites will have a signup form or contact information you can use to volunteer.

Find more organizations on Mobilize.us

You can find many Democratic and progressive organizations on Mobilize.us.

• First, visit https://www.mobilize.us/
• Near the top left corner, click the Filters button:
  
• On the next screen, look for a field called Near and enter your town or zip code
• Click the blue Apply Filters button at the bottom of the form

The resulting page will show volunteer opportunities and events near you.
