Join Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Wecht, together with PA Democratic Party executive director Mitch Kates and field director Kait Ahern, to learn about a November 4 election that will have major consequences for the 2026 and 2028 races in this crucial swing state. 

Three Democratic judges are on the ballot; voters will vote “yes” or “no” on retaining them on the court. The right wing is pouring money into this race to flip the seat, and many Democrats do not realize how important this election is. A MAGA state supreme court could greenlight a gerrymander of blue House seats into red ones and make sure there is no judicial oversight to challenge Republican election-rigging schemes in 2026 or 2028.
