Constitution Day community conversation
September 17 @ 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Constitution Day celebrates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787. It honors U.S. citizenship and all who have become U.S. citizens. Join former federal court judge LaDoris Cordell for a conversation about this remarkable document and its influence over the country for nearly 240 years. Community members from a wide range of backgrounds will give brief reflections on different parts of the Constitution that they find meaningful.
Sponsored by Blue Turn Indivisible and Indivisible Palo Alto Plus. Light refreshments and conversation are from 6:30 to 7:00pm; the program begins at 7:00.
