Phone bank for Lily Franklin (SD)

Join Sister District South Bay at in a virtual phonebank to elect Lily Franklin to the Virginia House of Delegates (HD 41). A former high school math teacher and Chief of Staff for VA Delegate Sam Rasoul, Lily Franklin has long been a dedicated advocate for affordable housing, accessible childcare, and quality education. Help us elect Democratic challenger Lily Franklin to defend and expand our one seat majority in the Virginia House of Delegates!
