Technology, Privacy, and AI with Josh Becker

Join the Democratic Volunteer Center and California State Senator Josh Becker (SD-13), who will attend in person, for a discussion about the impact of technology on our lives, the protections that state and federal governments need to provide, and what is being ignored by the current Trump administration.
This event is a fundraiser for the Democratic Volunteer Center, now open every day supporting a wide range of volunteer activities. Suggested donation is $50; donate any amount to RSVP. Cosponsored by the Peninsula Democratic Coalition, the Santa Clara Democratic Party, and other partners.
Josh is the author of a broad range of key California legislation on AI, technology, privacy, climate, pollution, energy, healthcare, housing, and more, including:
- The California Artificial Intelligence Transparency Act (SB 942)
- The Defending Californians’ Data Act (SB 361)
- The Delete Act (SB 362)
